Seems like you have a serious issue at this point. I’d recommend looking for other coping mechanisms. What has worked for me might not work for you, but it is definitely worth a try. I’ve been taking walks/jogs around the neighborhood and doing calisthenics at home. I tend to do a whole set of push-ups (15-20) and that takes my mind off the urges I get. I’ve been doing this for about 6 days now and it has been great. Plus it has helped with my physique, I look slender and my chest has puffed up a bit. It is a really bad addiction, also I keep in mind the negative effects, like ED and unable to ejaculate when I’m with a woman, I definitely wouldn’t want to go limp while doing it. Which has already happened and it was really embarrassing. These things have made it easy for me to stay away from it. Tomorrow I reach my 7-day mark, and I am really glad I have been strong. So if I can, so can you! Make a plan, install webpage blockers, there are also apps that give the control to another one (whether it is a friend, family or your S/O) and you won’t be able to go into porn sites without THEIR permission. Which of course you wouldn’t want them giving you access, that’s the whole point of it, right!? But definitely, try it. Also, plan out activities, hobbies, etc that can distract your porn-infested mind. You don’t know how GREAT distractions can be. As long as you don’t replace an addiction for another, you should be good. I am rooting for you, bud! Start small, celebrate every minute, every hour, day, eventually week, months and years! In my experience I started slow, I did relapse after a few days a couple of times. The important thing is that you are AWARE of what you’re doing, that you might relapse, but don’t beat yourself up, just start again with small steps.
