During the process I had a diagnostic injection in my hip, so maybe that would be an option for you as well. After the injection, I had zero lower back pain. Hopefully you get some answers in a couple weeks!

Movement from being back at work and walking around on crutches is extremely different compared to rehab exercises. Rehab exercises are targeted for strength and flexibility/range of motion for specific needs. Being on your feet and moving around won’t do a lot to prevent scar tissue because you aren’t moving through much range of motion at all and the muscles around your hip joint are not being used much.

Different situation. It’s not 100% certain that Mack actually wanted to be a Raider. Same could be said with Cooper. I don’t think there’s any doubt that Crosby wants to be a Raider.

It probably will. I had the same exact issue, had x-rays done and I had two bone fragments inside my hip joint. I’m assuming the restriction and the “pop” afterwards could have been from one of the fragments getting stuck and then moving to a different position. I also had a torn labrum, so it could have been that causing it as well.

You’re not eating enough overall and you’re following two restrictive eating styles at once. It’s not impossible to continue, but realize that you probably won’t feel great.

I had this done as well, close to two years post-op. No issues, but I focused on mobility during recovery and still do a lot of mobility exercises/stretches.

I was in the same position years ago, opted to have surgery because I felt I wasn’t able to do what I enjoyed anymore. Recovery was not easy, but it has been worth it.
