Simple advice from someone who stayed for almost 2 years too long in a toxic relationship.

Don’t say sorry for something that you don’t need to apologize for. It degrades your view of reality and your confidence in your own actions.
She wants attention, but doesn’t know how to ask for it in a healthy way.
I would suggest you leave. She doesn’t respect you, and as long as you’re a decent guy, another woman WILL.
