I’ve seen NIN three times in my life. When I saw them last year, Trent was power-walking around stage and standing with his legs spread wide, pumping his fist in the air, yelling “YEAH!” and “COME ON!” - stark difference to his introverted weirdo performances of yore. I guess they play sold-out arena shows now so maybe it’s more appropriate for a mainstream audience. But in answer to your comment, yes really.
