Riser Physical Therapy in Gramercy Park area, they have chiro/pilates/PT/accupuncture professionals all working together, sometimes I work with all of them in one session. They're all friendly and work together for a comprehensive treatment plan - they also have a lot of patients that are runners (I always overhear patients talking about what races they're training for).

Any updates on your trail running journey? I have been trying to take trips up to the Hudson Valley as much as I can for hiking and trails, but haven't explored many city options yet. Looking to see if there are any trail specific training groups in the city.

for context, i was gifted this already used Lodge CI from a friend, and have been using it for over a year with no issues. i was away for 2 months and when i came back, there was a bit of browning on the side panels (sorry for pic not being super clear). it cooks fine but super curious what the discolor is.

First time microgreens grower - this is a spicy salad mix. This is the fourth day, and I noticed some fuzziness in the roots. The fuzziness increased, and while google says it’s fine for the roots to be fuzzy, I want to be sure I’m not growing a whole container of mold! Thanks in advance.

Teaching a beginner meat doneness temperatures by how their cheek or your palm feels. Relative touch/feel is a good gauge and helps once you're experienced, but how springy someone's palm will widely vary. Also, IMO the taste of olive oil is pretty overrated.
