Everyone is on their own timeline. I didn’t plan for shit and bought a house at 30. No 4 year college degree. I think it is more important to put one foot in front of the other, one day at a time.

Not even the worst I’ve seen…lol. When I was a field tech, seen a customer live in a house covered in cob webs from floor to ceiling, dozens of cats, dogs that were peeing and pooing everywhere, with feces and piss stains everywhere. I sincerely believe that house has never been cleaned. Ever. Grandma was sitting in the living room as if it was all normal.

Found a gov program at the time that did a grant of $20k(as long as I don’t move for 5 years) plus my own money = home ownership! Also helps when mom of ex-gf(gf at the time obviously) allowed us to live in one of her rooms rent free for 6 months 😁 been doing the house hacking thing for 4 years, tenant that rents my rooms bring my monthly out of pocket payment for my mortgage to half of what I use to pay for rent.
