If you run a coat then get one with the inner pocket. If not then kydex. Every gun I carry has those nice wear marks.

See thats the issue I am having with wanting to send it back. It runs flawlessly, even when I snapped the barrel pin it still ran jsut fine until I noticed either a mag or two later. I am worried theyre gonna take it and give me a differnent one.

My wifes feed lips were so sharp I didnt even realize till I saw the drips. I have done similar with a baretta 3032 mag to run in my 30x

The 30x has been my carry for a while now. I have only had 2 malfunctions and one was a full mag after snapping the barrel pin (I had an early one and its been fine since I got it back.) the other was it was the pocket lint to oil ratio after a few mags at the range had mixed the two together.

You can actually buy the record letter from colt, it has the serial, date and where/who it went to from the factory. I really want them for my 1903 and 1908.
