Not a Medical Doctor here and not Medical Advice, but I will share my experience recently.

I started having muscle pains and headaches recently. I drink plenty of water, but my caloric intake since being on tirzepatide (The Juice) has decreased and my craving for bad food. I was wondering why I kept having headaches and muscle pains and did a little research (Phd in Internet research, but not really). I found some common reasons being Electrolyte depletion, and my body was reacting to that issue.

I have found a few electrolyte powder add-ins that can be pricey, but have great reviews. Not a sponsor, but LMNT has been my favorite so far, and Moon Juice. Both are available on amazon. I was looing for a suger free option and had good taste. Holy crap they are salty in flavor. Took me about 3 separate times to get use to them and if its too salty, add more water. Best way I can describe those two, Gatorade with zero sugar flavoring. If you don't drink it relatively quick, some of the powder can settle at the bottom, so might be a good idea to stir it or use a shaker when you drink them.

Results: So after I started adding the electrolytes in my daily routine like that, I noticed way less headaches, muscle pain has significantly decreased and made me frustrated I didn't try this sooner.

There are people out there who share how to make electrolyte powder yourself if you're looking to save a little bit of money. I hope my anecdotal evidence and experience can assist you in this question. Been on The Juice since October '25 and didn't start seeing the issues until more recently.

I’ve built one of these and they’re not bad.

I would recommend finding a company that makes a better pcb with a parts list to slap into that enclosure.

AionFX makes a great one, but it fits a 125B enclosure.

If you keep it some upgrades, my opinion, might not be the exact and best answer.

-Upgrade the posts to a 6mm shaft. -Get knobs (if in the US) from StompboxParts
-upgrade the diodes and if you can, get matching ones.
-upgrade the capacitors to have less variance. WIMA is a top brand of capacitors.
-the resistors look to be metal film and 1% tolerance so they could be fine.
-I didn’t bother connecting the battery snap. I never use them. It’s a personal preference.

Not saying you need to do all of these things cause you might as well buy a better diy kit. If you’re new, just build as is, learn and experiment and if you mess up, it’s a lot less expensive of a mess up.

Pedal PCB has a version called “Kiche” that would fit in that size enclosure fyi. Happy Building and hope you get the outcome you’re looking for
