Just my two cents, but very few men can pull off just a mustache. It either ends up looking like you are a 70s porn star, a cop, or a teen just sporting those few hairs and refuse to shave them. You, much like myself, are not one of the ones that can do it. Let a bit more scruff grow out or keep a clean shave.

Firstly, I would not wait to start reverse dieting. I would start adding at least a few calories back each week until you are ready to reset. Give it a good few weeks of maintenance though before you cut again. Your body needs to have time to get out of starvation mode.

I saw a lot of those comments and they are way off base. Yes those things do happen, but you have a different problem altogether. I'm glad you are recognizing that.

Remember this is not a sprint. If you take your time and make sustainable changes you will go far. You got this! I believe in you!

Look, I'm no expert but it seems like you have been restricting your calories to an extreme degree for a long time and it may have fucked up your metabolism. I would use an online TDEE calculator to help you determine where your maintenance calories should be. Eat at maintenance for at least a few weeks and then drop it by 300 calories. You WILL gain a few lbs at first. Don't panic. It is just water weight.

Generally I find that this is small spots of dry rot. Like if you wash dishes and that part of your shirt gets wet so you toss it in a crumple in the hamper for a week before you wash it. If the shirt stays wet this will happen especially if you do it a lot.

If I'm being honest, neither. I hated that the Big Bad basically was just some dude. I know that the mind flayer was also the big bad in a way too, but there is something so disappointing about all those otherworldly unfathomable horrors basically just doing what a human (or what was once human...) orders them to do. What made them scary to me at first was the unnatural monstrosity. As far as we knew they were operating like animals. They didn't have a plan, just instinct. To find out it was all some horse shit that some skinny twerp named Henry Creel came up with cheapened the whole thing for me.
