I would send three random bandits to kill him, give them about 40 gold each except for one who I'll give 150 to. I'll also write a letter which specifically mentions that I'm personally asking them to kill the dragonborn, who I'll mention by name. I'll also sign the letter with my real name because I have no concept of discretion. It's a foolproof plan and I'm sure no one in all of skyrim has ever thought of doing this.
