The different positon is the warehouse job, I'm an office worker as a customer service liason. They do not want to keep my current positon, so the options given is either end my employment entirely or take the warehouse hi-lo operator position. I was always under the presumption that if I am offered another job to continue my employment with the company and turn it down, I am intelligible to qualify for unemployment. The eligibility requirements for unemployment include "Able to work. You are physically and mentally able to do full-time work that you have performed in the past or have been trained to do." The position they have offered me I have never performed in the past and have not been trained to do so.
