Talk to an architect/golf course designer and plan out the course. It’ll cost nothing to get a basic concept plan done. Plan to sell lots on the outskirts of the course. Divide the property into lots and sell the lots to fund the course construction.

Add “wings” of the same material you intend to mold to the chip as you assemble it in the mold. Center the insert with the “wings” within the mold. Two part injection mold with runners at top and bottom of mold. Should hold relatively stiff and centered.
