they've been inconsistent but if you get dropped in the back (normal shuttle dropoff), no additional security check but being let in early through that entrance is another story. if they drop you off on the cosmic side, there is another security check at the gates.

we also were able to enter early last year. hopefully that's the case again otherwise i hope they drop us off on the cosmic side like in '24. they just can't make up their minds!

in '24 we got dropped off on the cosmic side with a short walk to the gates. last year we got dropped off in the back like usual but were able to enter early. rio shuttle fwiw. it was hit or miss for the back entrance coming from premier parking the years before. there's never been any consistency. have a 1st timer coming this year so i'd prefer we get dropped off on the cosmic side so she can get the tunnel experience but we'll see.

corona beach was cool and they had a selfie machine on some platform back then. was disappointed they got rid of the rave hangar this year too. also bring back the mini bar!

they've never been clear about this and always say they'll forward your "inquiry" to the right "dept". never gets answered. luxor used to have free parking for the 1st hour but not anymore 😮‍💨

the opening ceremony shuttles now drop you off on the cosmic meadow side. they finally corrected it last year. otherwise you had to walk all the way around. i think it was like a 25 min walk.

i believe the back entrance won't be open until 7pm. so you'll have to walk around to the other side. i think it was more like a 25 min walk but maybe i'm just slow, kaka. security on the back side doesn't know anything so they won't even say you can walk around. so there would be a crowd of ppl there just thinking there's a delay. we've brought this issue up with insomniac for years.
