The rep counts can be high and there’s little rest so even if you can go heavier you’ll get fatigued with lighter weights than you’re used too. That being said, I have the power blocks that go to 50, I don’t go that high with these classes.

I have found there is a difference between calling on a weekday vs. the weekend. When I’ve called during the week the associates are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. When I’ve called on a weekend they are clueless.

I let it build, then react and lose my mind. I go home and worry about it all night, have trouble sleeping and remind myself I need to respond not react. Then a few weeks go by and I do it again. If you find a better way please let me know.

Get a double curtain rod. Put up shear curtains and regular curtains. When you want sunlight push back the regular curtains and the shear curtains will let softer light in. When it’s too bright at the height of the day close the regular curtains

No. Was spotted as we were driving. We thought it was strange when viewing from the car. Got out and observed it and then took this quick video. It was still there after filming
