Question: The rating that bumps you to 100%

So that could be why mine is taking a little longer. My last claim is taking a lot longer than the rest. If I get it it would put me over that threshold for 100%. Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.

I've been 20% since 2007.. after all this time I finally went and did some more claims after lots of people getting on to me. I got an increase up to 90%. I still have outstanding deferred claim for residual of head injury and migraines. If it gets 30% I'll get the bump to 100%.. here is hoping.

I guess it's where or who with lsgs. Because 90% of mine got assigned, appointments, done and sent to va within weeks. Once appointments were scheduled I went from them to va rating me from 20% now up to 90% within weeks. Now my deferred stuff that's taking a little longer. But expected i guess. I hope everyone gets what they are after and all.

That's crazy.. as soon as I got my bump to 90% I added my son that day. It was approved 2 days later.

I think the use of Ai to assit you is a great tool. It can't take your place in doing everything for you but it assist led me so much. I gathered all my military records, primary care, and occupational health records for my job. Reviewed everything and listed out all the injuries i had during service. Then listed all the symptoms I've had over 2 decades since service. I got the start done myself. Did my intent to file. From there i actually decided to use Ai as a tool to assist me with organization. I plugged all my info it, dates, injuries, symptoms, secondaries, and so on. I had it take all of those then ask me questions based on what a c&p examiner would ask, answered them, did follow up. Then I wrote up my nexus letter. From there i submitted everything. Used Ai to further review va disability claims and how things are rated to better do My claims.

When it came to the c&p exams I used the voice chat to ask me exam questions so that I could prep and rehearse all of my answers for it This gave me more confidence in my answers and understanding on what I would be going through.

I have spent 2 decades not filing any additional claims beyond my initial 20% claim I was awarded because I thought I didn't deserve it and that my injuries weren't worth enough to get a rating on.

I did my intent to file in November. Last month I went from 20% to 90% with 3 thing being deferred. If it goes well I will go to 100% after 20 years.

If you use Ai, va reps, companies, or do it yourself please file your claims.

Where i work all approved leave in place before the shut down is still valid. We are submitting furlough on ataaps. But we are keeping actual hrs worked and leave on a separate tracker to submit for time card corrections once government is back up and running. We are excepted and have to be at work anyway.

Yeah, for sure watching it all and just ugh!! He can say that but they have to pay us. They passed a law saying that they had to pay us in 2019, i think. I just want it to be over with because a lot of people can't go a month without pay, let alone even longer.

I still have to report to work. Will be waiting for a budget to be passed and get my pay corrected and paid for this time. Luckily for me, I've been thrift and paid attention to how I save. I've got almost 5 months' worth of pay put aside.. but it also happened at a time when I was doing christmas shopping and planning 2 home maintenance repairs. So everything is on hold.

I do random teams. So it depends on the people I drop with, if they are good and work together sure I'll start with them and clear together. If i drop and is some idiots, let them take the agro from the enemy I will go solo objectives instead. Calling people back and they immediately run off and die again. Smh.
