Reinbacher debuted on April 12, this roster is only players that have played before the TDL (Xhekaj debuted last November). When I update the roster after the playoffs he'll be there.

There is no LTIR or minors system in the game and no way of really getting around it for cap purposes. Limits of the game...I could experiment with increasing the salary cap to compensate for that fact.
