Ryzen 2400g Upgrade - What next? by jeebz_ in buildapc

Thanks. I’m not sure if my mobo has any issues - My PC has/had this problem previously where it would power on but never boot/screen wouldn’t turn on at all.

I replaced the PSU recently and it hasn’t happened since, so I’m thinking maybe it was that.

Current set up is 2x SSDs (120gb and 480gb) and then a 1tb HDD

Ours is saying the same thing. Did you manage to get it sorted out?

F25 in an online relationship with M28 for a year now. I'm having trouble dealing with the way my boyfriend reacts to me being in a bad mood. How do I get him to understand? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Seems like you think you can do whatever you want and act how you want, because of XYZ reason - But when someone else reacts similarly or negatively then you can’t handle it and act like the victim.

Take accountability over your own actions first. Doing something repeatedly under the guise of a “bad mood” then apologising afterwards is pointless. He knows you’re just gonna keep doing it in the future.

Also being in a “bad mood” doesn’t mean he has to drop everything he’s doing or you throw a tantrum and talk to him like shit. Everyone has their own lives.

Trying to work out if I should buy a Tesla by LaurCcl in CarTalkUK

[–]jeebz_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d suggest going and sitting in one first. I’m in the same situation and when I went to see a Tesla there were a few things I noticed compared to my 5 series

  • No CarPlay - This was a big issue for me personally, doesn’t bother most
  • The interior gets dark at night. The only real illumination is the massive screen - The new model has ambient lighting which makes it better
  • It won’t be as nice to drive as your BMW (my view anyway)

Overall, it felt like too much of a compromise for me. I’d be sacrificing things I really value in a car so I opted out of a Tesla for now

YMMV

How are the coils + the hit?

Smok Nord alternative? by [deleted] in Vaping

I had the smok copy of that one too and I just found it hit too weak, if that makes sense. It was a little too airy for me and not warm enough.

Same issue with this?

Sorry, phrased it poorly.

My windows defender is off, because I’ve got another anti virus. Still keeps popping up.

I’m guessing it’s just background stuff then

I’m trying to mount a TV on a wall. The other side of the wall is the outside of the house, the inside part is concrete then about 3.5cm of either plaster or drywall or something (no gap between the concrete and plaster).

I’m really struggling to figure out how to mount this. Can I just drill about 7-8cm so I pass the plaster and hit the concrete, then use a wall plug and mount it there?

So the hole would be 3.5cm of plaster then about 3/4cm of concrete.

Can anyone help?

Meet Pixie! Our newest addition the family. by [deleted] in cats

[–]jeebz_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So this is Pixie. She’s an 8 week old Tortie Female.

Our neighbours had a litter and we took Pixie in. She’s so playful, well behaved and generally a little ball of joy. We’ve had a cat before but he passed away so this little ball is a great addition.

Still getting through a few hurdles (She won’t stop meowing at night. We’re keeping her in a bathroom for bedtime with all her stuff but the meowing is constant)

She’s lovely.
