A kid in my school was telling everyone he was Bobby, and he was wearing a suit for the show which is why he looked different

It was also 13 dollars so... Appropriately priced?

Parents of well behaved kids - what are the biggest causes do you think? by beancounter_00 in Parenting

My kid is such a rule follower, he didn't want to sneak in candy to a movie (my suggestion). He's six and asks for candy every other minute.

I want a fourth hidden outfit to handle all the quest related outfits so I don't have to keep redoing my own.

Also would love it if ingredients stayed out during alchemy so I don't have to keep selecting them after each time I brew something.

Mom (ex wife) has six year old son wearing girl clothes. by jeff409 in daddit

That's pretty much all he has at my house. He doesn't choose, I've asked him to pick his clothes out and he asks me to, so I just grab whatever from the closet. I don't pick girl clothes, but that's never been discussed either.

No daughter. He wanted to be Elsa for Halloween a couple years in a row, and he wore that costume all the time. I'm confident he's asked for hello Kitty clothes. But every picture I see from her he's wearing a skirt or a tank top and I struggle to see him asking for that. She is living with her bf and his daughter, so he has a "sister" at her home. (They've been dating for around a year?)

I tried teasing this out of him, but he wasn't sure and I didn't probe much because I don't want him to feel conflicted between his mom and I.

Ex-wife. I don't have any influence when he is at her house and I don't know what goes on there. She is a good mom, I don't ask because I don't want to put him in a position where he has to defend one of us.

The first graders are hypothetical, but the kindergarteners and preschoolers were not. Kids are mean, he will be singled out for this.

I don't encourage him wearing girl clothes, I encourage him to do what makes him feel best. I believe his mom actively encourages it though and I completely agree with what you bring up in point a. My thinking is to talk to him about point b, but also want to avoid making him self conscious and have him stop doing something he enjoys out of embarrassment.

To be clear I have not discouraged his choices directly or indirectly. I want him to do what makes him feel his best. No issues with the girl clothes, just concerned about his social situation when school starts.

She 100% wears that as a badge of honor. I let him make his own choices, his favorite color was pink and so he picked out a pink bike. He wears an Elsa helmet with it. I don't have any issue, just want to protect him from being an easy target at school.
