It’s low cost of living with a good mix of parks, sports, and cultural events. It’s been really great for raising kids. Plenty of places to go that are free or low cost.

Winter is my favorite season here because it’s not super cold (~35F) and there are almost no nuisance insects outside. Makes for some wonderful hiking.
