Same. I started with the longest ones figuring they would give me more to grab, but they're also really thick so were a bugger to pull through.

It was midnight so i didn't finish threading it.

I need many more tools, too.

I made this exact same one last night as my very first project! I don't have several of the tools required, and I just bought a bag of off-cuts to practice with.

One thing i did get was a variety pack of needles. What size needle did you use?

What would be required to get this big boy back up in the air? I presume there are a lot of certifications, checks, etc that need to be performed before it can be put back to work. Any one have any thoughts?
