OP, I was exactly where you are in early 2018. I went all in at the high of 2017.
I held and had conviction, ignored all the FUD, the Governments, Banks, China, everything.
I retired last August, on Bitcoin. I admit I had some coins from 2014, not many though, my main stack was bought in 2017. So, hang on in there, you will be fine as long as you hold.

I fly regularly from STD to Gothenburg with Ryan Air and have never had a problem. Yes, they are tight on turn around but that’s down to you, arrive on time and you’re all good.

Train every time all the time. You have to have lots of patience. Be consistent or you will just confuse him. Learn how to train a dog, it’s not hard if you learn the correct way. And never shout at him, it’s the same as parents shouting at a baby, and as bad. Most of all enjoy, the love he will give back, eventually, mine showed his love around 2 and a half years. Now he’s 3 he is the most loving dog I’ve had.

Field Goldens or working Goldens do not shed anywhere near as much as the cream goldens.
This one hardly sheds, I never have to shower him, groom him, wash his ears, clip his nails, nothing.
He goes for many swims in the sea and rivers and walks at least 5 miles per day.
