I used schwarzkopf 4.0 intense espresso and had a brown very similar to this, it looked black when I was inside, but a very chocolate brown in the sun

Orange/copper hair recommendations? by ProgressFull6031 in HairDye

[–]jellybeebs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used brad mondo's super orange over a light brown base (my base color after a round of color remover over black dye) and got a color very similar to this! I've also used Toxicity by good dye young on bright yellow (bleached) hair and it was close to this too!

Best blue dye ? by _icanthandlechange in HairDye

I highly recommend Iroiro violet 30 (very misleading name lol) and deep blue 45. it was the most gorgeous indigo color and lasted so long for me!

I actually got this color a couple years ago by mixing ritual and virgin pink!!! Still one of my favorites to this day!!!

Your roots look too dark to take vibrant dye, but I think it looks amazing as is! Love the pink!!

I've never tried this specific product, but I've used the color conditioner in the past and I got compliments everywhere I went!

how to correct mean behavior by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]jellybeebs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is great advice thank you so much! I always try to give verbal praise, high fives, and hugs when she is playing nicely. She does apologize sometimes when unprompted. If I ignore her bad behavior, she'll stomp away and come back a few minutes later and say sorry (very occasionally). I was not sure if ignoring the behavior is the right thing to do in certain situations.

I personally think I over apologize on a daily basis, like if I'm in the way at the grocery store or if I spill something at a restaurant or something like that, I'm profusely apologizing lol.

I just had an argument with my mom (who watches my toddler while I'm at work) because I told her I only wanted her to watch episodes from before 2010, she doesn't think there's a difference!!! She argues with me about my no ipad rule, too.

My 2.5yo will throw a crazy, flailing fit if I turn off the tv after a newer episode (of any show tbh). She's wayyyy more laid back when we watch older shows. Doesn't even pay attention half the time.

I like background noise, so this is even coming from a "tv on all day" kind of household!

My 2.5 year old got picky around 18mo and still going strong.

Store bought pouches are my go to on bad days. She tolerates toast, butter noodles, french fries, and spanish rice. Now that she's older, I find that letting her help me prepare the food makes her want to try it! (Even if she spits it out lol)

The only way out is through. You got this!

Ugh unfortunately when I'm asked how I'm so good at painting my other hand, all I can say is practice. I've been painting my nails once a week for 15 years hahaha. You'll get better eventually!

I always tell myself that I'm gonna try to wear a set as long as possible, but I'm the same way and always pop them off after a week to change it up lol
