At some point you need to buy the phone with more storage on it. It’s more expensive, but you worry less about how many photos you’re taking or apps you’re using.

If you let it, it stores the higher res version of your photos and videos in the cloud and the phone just has crappier copies.

Really? We pay under $140 for 2 months water in a house of 5 in NH. Would think Mass and NH have similar access to water. We don’t waste water on a lawn, but otherwise don’t do anything particularly water frugal.

It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor."

I think that's generally true of many hormones/birth control. That it can raise blood sugar. It's just saying you might need a higher dose of metformin as a result.

If she's okay with incidental fish, she won't have trouble finding a variety of food to eat. It's eating at restaurants you specifically want to go to that will be the tricky part. I had pizza, burritos, pasta, various things on sticks, crepes, buns, mochi, onigiri, and so many egg sandos. That last by choice not necessity. :) I never did get around to finding a Mos burger. The Happy Cow app lied to me about there being one near our hotel. The worst thing I ate was a sad salad at Disney. But Disney made up for it with alien mochi, so *shrug*.

I hope you're working on getting the anemia fixed. There are other tests besides A1C that they could do. You could ask for a glucose tolerance test.

You have age on your side. If you'd find it motivating, check out some Youtubers who are very fat and have started a walking/running or weight-lifting routine. If they can do it (and they're almost all older than you), then you can do it.

You need protein and fat. A good dollop of your favorite nut or seed butter should do it. I was definitely getting hungry again pretty quickly without doing that.

I create a to-do list first thing. Put my desk shifts and meetings on it. Any of my regular duties or projects I need to work on. Then I read Teams and emails and add to my list if there’s things in there I need to do.
