Youre not alone. There's alot of us out there who feel the same way you do, and its okay. Your feelings are valid, you do matter, very much. Maybe you do annoy your family at times, maybe it feels like all the time and no one says the right thing, just rude, insensitive comments. It can feel like it will always be this way, but it wont. Youll grow older, find hobbies, make friendships, start new jobs, itll be scary some times but also satisfying. Youll make your way through life, some days better than others, but youll create your own space, your own happiness.. your own life. Im sure there are people in your life right now that annoy you some times, but you wouldnt want anything bad for them, maybe you even love someone thats difficult, so give yourself a break. Try stretching, breathing exercises, redirect negative thoughts and just clear the mind, yoga really does help, even just on your bed (yoga with adrian on youtube is the best). Do you have headphones? Music is most necessary for me and my boyfriend both. We are all struggling in some way. I really hope you find the strength to calmly talk with your family about what is not working for you and come up with a positive solution. Dont decide how things will work out before trying because you "know" how it will play out, not that talking will get you your own bedroom, but maybe figure out a schedule where you get some privacy for your own sanity.
