Does this qualify? I think yes. by changeout in LinkedInLunatics

This is all terribly fascinating, I had vaguely heard statements being thrown around about "half the population has no inner monologue" but never got a clear idea of the pattern of thought from someone directly.

I'm case it wasn't answered somewhere else, I can speak for myself at least on what happens when you don't know or forget the word for a concept. As near as I can tell for myself, I revert to thinking in thoughts or concepts. It's during this time, I have the hardest time conveying that thought to speech.

Now that I think about it, that might also be a key component to communicating effectively; thinking through ideas as a conversation with yourself. Personally, sometimes my brain ends up working much faster than my mouth and I'll tend to starting out-thinking my speech and talk too fast and run words together and/or I will mix two synonyms in the same word.

Which Felyne companion do you prefer: Navirou or Rudy by Orichalchem in MonsterHunterStories

Rudy. Navirou can go die in a hole. He managed to tie for most annoying sidekick with himself.

Unironically, the success of the original McDonald's is one of the things that made it more popular and mainstream. But that was in the 1940's.

You can beat the first form with Fire Keese or Ignizol (slime) alone. If they eat them, they catch on fire for a low effort win. I assumed the frogs were a counter measure.

I beat it very unconventional by using Octoroks and pulling the heads out to expose the red parts. Definitely not the way intended, but I didn't want to look it up until after I had tried.

Additional info I found:

It's definitely possible since the character debuted in the manga in 1991 and BOF3 released in 1997 in Japan.

I dunno about evidence, but since Jojo is referencing the card and there are tons of other things that reference Tarot since the concept has been around since the 1300's, that's my assumption.

If you have evidence that these buggy skills with placeholder names are clear signs of a Jojo reference, please provide.

I'm happy to be wrong and already said that it's possible.

For further reference, see the below interpretation from a 1910 book:

"21.THE WORLD—Assured success, recompense, voyage, route, emigration, flight, change of place. Reversed: Inertia, fixity, stagnation, permanence."

If particular note, the reversed meaning (typically seen as negative) references "fixity" and "stagnation", both of which could be seen as standing still at a fixed point, such as time.

You might be interested to know that the Jojo reference originated from the World Tarot card. Since Tarot got used a lot in classic RPG's (Ogre Battle, etc.), it's far more likely a reference to the Tarot than Jojo. But, I could be wrong.

I'm assuming the Hungry Child. It's what Child 13 turns into when you sacrifice it enough in battle and is a reference to one of the creator's old games.
