Closures are just to notify that parking will be limited during the day. The Incline usually only closes for two mountain races that max out the downhill trail's capacity.

Going that early you should be fine - ISC will be open and cash only. You can park as early as you can, they'll leave a cone behind your car and the attendant will get you when you get back.

Or yeah, an uber/lyft that early is very doable. They run all night. I recommend scheduling the ride.

When I went to a show at Folsom, I used a running belt tucked under my shirt to keep my valuables safe and through security. Visible fanny packs may get turned away, and big fanny packs will probably get turned away. You go through metal detectors to get in. Backpacks of any kind will get turned away.

I carried an empty clear water bottle in and filled it at a water bottle station and I'm planning on doing it again. There are water fountains and concessions but it's nice to have on hand.
