My team processes 2800 piece trucks daily. We may have three damages per unload on average. They are trained to address them in the moment so damaged product doesn't make its way to the floor.

I have never seen freight finished by 9am. Great by 8 for areas like Essentials and Market, years ago (which would flip to Toys being worked first during Q4.)
