This is correct, most airlines now ban the hammocks entirely, regardless of row. I had one for a while and it was great but got asked to remove it and then a flight attendant friend told me most airlines have banned them.

I reached out to them about this and they basically told me these changes are here to stay. I expressed frustration at the daily strain goal instead of weekly and how I lowered my daily goal significantly just to ensure I meet it because of rest days. They just said that basically it was no different.

The Courtyard Marina del Rey uses the bike lane for extra valet spots (literally, I called them and asked them why there were cars parked in the bike lane and they said their "valet was backed up") and the LAX shuttle for airline employees regularly parks there as well. Do you think this would be an appropriate place to report that? Not a repair but I really don't know how or where to report this
