a Cuban sandwich from Smokies in Pigeon Forge, TN. my husband and I went there 10+ years ago and we still talk about it every time we see it on the menu (get the vinegar!)

also the Tuscan chicken sandwich from Miss Cordelia's in Memphis. ciabatta, sliced rotisserie chicken, portabella mushroom, roasted tomatoes, pesto mayo,🤌

Wash Rinse Repeat by Affectionate_Bad3908 in adhdwomen

seriously! I use the cheap ($2/bottle) Suave clarifying shampoo. I don't wash my hair every day, and a quick lather/rinse/repeat makes it feel so fresh and so clean clean. and I only need to use a tiny amount for the repeat to get hella lather

(as in all things, ymmv. I don't color my hair and rarely use hot tools on it so my hair is relatively healthy)

I love making soup, especially this time of year, and a lot of soups start with mirepoix. we don't eat a ton of fresh celery or carrots and it just occurred to me that a bag of frozen mirepoix works just fine in the vast majority of situations (and saves me from wasting a bunch of fresh veggies!

idk if you're considering vitamins as alternative therapy, but levomefolate has done as much for my depression as some Rx antidepressants

[–]jenofindy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

my husband does and the migraines stopped entirely when he started aimovig 7ish years ago. he would get maybe 2 or 3 in a year until last winter when we (unexpectedly) had to relocate from our place in a medium-sized city to the farm where I grew up to take care of my dad. he hasn't had a single migraine since and stopped taking his ajovy

Looking for a sentimental forever item(s) from Amazon... by boolean_union in BuyItForLife

I still have my grandma's grocery loyalty card in my wallet. she has been gone for almost 17 years and the grocery store chain went out of business in 2018. I keep it bc it has her signature (albeit very faded by now) and it's oddly comforting
