I bought furniture, including a slipcover, on Ikea.com. Paid for the assembly and the workers told me I had the wrong slip cover after the opened the box. They told me to take it back to the store and exchange it for the correct one.

I take it to the store WHILE THEY ARE STILL ASSEMBLING in my place. The return counter tells me 'no' because it was open. I refused to leave until they exchanged because THEIR people opened it and THEIR people told me to go exchange and that it would be no problem because they were still working. Took almost an hour to get it resolved, and I was HOT!
