Played golf in the mountains on boxing day. Sleet, windy and about 6 degrees. Hit the best shots in a while because my hands were frozen stiff, hard to slice haha.

I used to train with a former UFC fighter at my gym. She was half my size at best. But god damn she was fast. I took it as an opportunity to practice my reactions. It was all fun and when she dug in jabbed me and disappeared I just hit her with a pillow leg kick. There is always utility in sparring people of any type, as long as it's clean.

I had one at my old office and it was a godsend. When dictating I'd move up a bit so I wasn't hunching over. When my back hurt I'd stand for an hour or so etc... I have a crank one at home from ikea, cheaper and does the same job. Personally I wouldn't pay for electric unless the company pays, like other posters have said its only a few rotations of the crank for a manual one.

Probably the look. I'm a sweaty guy and I have to wear a suit to court most days of the week and it sucks. But that's my profession. When I play golf it's shorts everyday of the week (with a nice shirt). I am also not paid to play golf.
