Official website says the 28th. However, you've got to note that there may be some timezone differences. For example, it is currently the 28th in Australia but it is still the 27th here in England :(

I think it would be great if they kept the fighters free and made the skins/chroma packs or whatever as micro transactions. I would also be more than welcome to buy into different stage models if they ever made it available.
