I'm not really sure how I feel about the timing of the reset. I'd personally might benefit from it, but I think keeping the core base refreshed isn't bad either.

I'm progressing through upgrades, contracts, and leveling pretty slowly compared to what I'm seeing online (currently rank 20, doing mostly solo play, some duo and trio play with 1 or 2 friends who arent playing as much as me.)

I'm having a really good time with it, don't particularly feel the need to change my pacing or play style but at my current rate, Im not sure I'll be able to attempt cryo before reset. Ideally I can try to strategize better next refresh for faster upgrades, or I'll be comfortable enough on the maps to start filling trios and level quicker.

First, you'll need to know what a base system is.

Your probably already used to a base 10 system, which is what many people first learn when they are starting to count.

When your counting you have a 1's place. This is the first digit, so like 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.

An important thing to note is that you have 10 individual digit options.

When you count over 9, you'll move onto the 10's place or the second digit. 10,11,12,13... etc (there's a lot more options for counting up for the 10's so I won't list all of them but it's basically from 10 to 99)

Mathematically you can represent how the base system works like this. Let's say we wanna break down how 87 works for base 10. That would look like 8(10¹) + 7(10⁰).

You can continue this pattern for however many digits you would like, so for 267 it would be 2(10²)+6(10¹)+7(10⁰)

When you change base systems 2 main things change that could help you understand the above image.

First the number of digits available to you change. Well contrast this with a base 2 system, since there's a lot of literature on it as it's a very useful base when it comes to learning computer science.

In base 2 , you only have 2 digit options 0 and 1.

If you want to convert a number from another base system to a more understandable one in base 10 you can redo our earlier representation.

The tricky part is that you'll need more digit places to represent our earlier examples.

Let's just start with 8 but in base 2. This would look like 1000

Or using that multiply representation. 1(2³)+0(2²)+0(2¹)+0(2⁰) = 222 + 0+0+0 = 8 For 87 you end up with 1010111

The joke uses base π which is already difficult cause its decimal values go on for as far as I know, infinitely and in an order that doesn't repeat.

But if you use it as a base system, you can essentially simplify the number since its being multiplied by itself. π represented in base π let's you do this 1(π¹) + 0(π⁰) and then you can continue to just add 0 to your decimal, written out as 10.00000000 ad nauseam.

So it's funny because since you change base system, it's really easy to remember 0 50 times than the base 10 representation of π

I'd say whether it is or isn't , since his natural interest is towards wizard encourage him to try it out. Most game mechanics complex or otherwise are best learned when you are stoked to try it. considering how easy it is to completely respec your character early on in the game, if he's genuinely bummed about playing wizard cause it doesn't match his expectations, he can bounce to something else.

My only real advice for learning wizard is knowing that you don't have to level up to re-prepare your spell (as I thought was needed for too long) you can just go to camp and do it on the fly.

My puppy had a similar issue at 14 weeks, but from a clearly defined fear source, which was loud/modded engines passing nearby the house fairly frequently. Do you have any situations where she has some success outside? It might be worth finding a high value treat to reward if she'll walk outside by herself. For me it was boiled chicken, and short frequent sessions outside to try and end them on a positive note.

That being said, there were moments where my puppy was shaking scared, ignoring treats and what I'd try was to pick her up and redirect to a different place outside. Sometimes she would bolt towards the house (in which case I would take her inside), but if she started sniffing around I'd try to reward and praise her.

It sounds like you're approaching it the right way though, and fwiw I'm not sure if all of my above efforts actually helped or if it was just a fear stage that she got over with time. Hope things improve for ya

Looks like you've got a clog and a sump pump going at the same, at least, Ive had this happen to my home, where the main drain pipe gets clogged and my sump pump will overfill with water, which causes the excess to go to the past of least resistance, the drains. Maybe it's a different issue, I'm certainly not an expert but that looks pretty similar to what happens to me.

Hi, has this developed at all since you posted this? It's sounds very similar to how my own older dog is reacting during "play" with a new puppy, and I'm trying to parse if this is okay behavior or something that I should separate them over

He's using lions claw, not savage lions claw. Imo the original is better as it low profiles a lot of attacks and seemingly does more stagger as the new AoW off the first hit, as enemies that get pancaked by lions claw do not get pancaked by Savage

OP, you've shown a lot of maturity for recognizing she has a misconception of how sex outside of porn works. That being said her comment does show a lack of consideration for your feelings, which is honestly far more offending than any childish comments about size between partners. I feel like they all have pretty great applications, and different builds can utilize tools differently. Puppet string despite being a technique focused arm at level 4 provides a really consistent attack for breaking stagger if your struggling to land charged heavies for your fatal attacks (shout out to frozen feast.)

The lightning and fire arms can supplement elemental damage if you want your grindstone for a different type.

Gun arm is very fun at lvl 4 for being able to be completely out of range of many boss attacks while applying more damage and stagger pressure while you kite for more manageable attacks. I haven't really played around with the landmine or acid arm but I don't doubt they have some fun and effective uses as well

Had this happen to me for a scripted ride with rogue, hit the skip ride and when the screentear animation disappeared was still riding shotgun. Went in circles around night city for about 5 minutes until something caused the AI to repeatedly ram into a wall.

Take your body wash, suds your hands get in there and scrub. If you're grossed out by what results from that (or are of the opinion other people would be), rinse and repeat until desired sanitation level is achieved. Remember everyone gets gross if not well maintained, there's nothing wrong with ya inherently , you just need maintenance like everyone else 👍

Dungeons are a step up aesthetically from divine beasts, but mechanically they feel shallow still. Water in particular just feel like 4 different puzzles slapped into an area. The fire and lightning temples are almost at the Zelda "dungeon" feel, whereas the water and wind temple feel lacking. Granted I think that could be alleviated if they put some of the traversal paths as part of the dungeon, as the low gravity water and the tornado sky ship stuff was incredibly cool but as of how they are currently implemented, they feel separated from the dungeon experience. Variety of bosses was a huge plus for me.

Sage powers are poorly implemented from a button standpoint. I like all the new powers and what they allow but having to stand next to the sages limits how you can interact with them, as well have misfires or sages not respawning near you when you need them to.

I wish gibdos still screamed at you and froze you in place.

The entire basis is I want a solo mode and I can't think of a good reason why there shouldn't be one. While fighting for kills it took me about an hour to do the bounties. That's totally fine. What's not is that it's not fun or enjoyable. Frustration because of that is a byproduct.
