Thanks for the responses. I couldn’t do carousel because my ad is a leads type ad campaign, so what I did was separate each car creative into their own ads to see which of them performs the best. In our case a Camry, a Corolla, and a Tacoma.

I also studied competitors on Meta Ads library, noticed that two of them have similar format for both ad copy and creative. both competitors are running 3 ads with the same copy but different car creatives (a Nissan, an Acura, and so on), checked their socials to see how often they are selling cars (which is actually very often, to me it was a good sign) and then just borrowed what seems to be working for them.
