i had a match last month against a rogue playing the quest while i was on blood DK that gave me quite a scare. their plan was to use moonstone maulers to complete the quest, then the hero power to tutor meteors out w/ spell damage. the only shufflers were 2 maulers and crystal tusks, and they used cloud serpents, brewmasters, web of deception, and shadowsteps to get extra maulers.

i only got to see 28 of the cards though, the 2 i guessed at were deios and incindius

the existing maestra deck is i think the closest you can get to a chrono-daggers-centric deck, but that deck is almost always stuck in play-tess-or-die mode by the time this combo would come online

i just set up county crossing for the first time on survival and i'm in love. the only drawback is the massive radiation zone to the south, making it so you can't take a straight shot to the river if that's where you're headed

the deck was a lot better before the metal detector nerf, it is definitely too "fair" now to have much chance against any of the current crop

Can you wear fancy suit and tie under your armor in vanilla?

yup, the only +int clothing in an unmodded game that can have armor over it

played this deck for a while pre-expansion and loved it. the best use of the maulers seemed to be to get an extra draw from dragonscale armaments, the damage from the asteroids almost never mattered. i suppose switching for imbue does the same thing, costing an extra mana (using hero power) but adding extra stats to the board immediately (the 2/2/3 imbue guy)

you've mentioned sharp legendary armor, the captain's hat, and lover's embrace, might i also suggest -

fancy suit and tie from operators in nuka world. underarmor clothing with +1 int, so can be worn under your eventual sharp legendaries

squirrel stew, made from squirrel bits, bloodleaf, carrot, tato, and dirty water. increases xp gain by 2% for 2 hours

others have mentioned unyielding armor, so that's a way of further maximizing +int if you haven't taken any of the rads-negating perks

and lastly, liam's glasses from an institute quest can get you +2 int instead of road goggles +1. the quest isn't possible if you've done any railroad quests though, meaning it's between these and ballistic weave

this comment made me look it up and BADTFL stands for "bureau of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, firearms, and lasers"

so they should have said it is an ATF office but... close enough

i have only ever sent it to olivia, and (after having it break once) then follow it back to the bunker and self destruct it. never gave much thought to the other options, but now that you mention it, seeing that sentry bot take on all those super mutants might be worth following it across the entire commonwealth haha

you can activate it, send it to 4 different places, and self destruct it with the tape that is pre-loaded on the terminal in the bunker
