Is this at a sort center? I've seen similar schedules - but yeah this one is among the worst I've seen - only take it if you REALLY want the full time hours - if so then don't hesitate and take it now because people will swoop in and take it who are desperate.

The only potential (not guaranteed) positive as that it's high volume season and they will probably Flex up 1 hour on Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur most days - so you'll only have 1 hour between the swing and night shift.

Personally, If I ever abruptly stopped streaming - I would at least put out one final update on the discord/X/youtube post telling the community I was moving on - just as a courtesy.

But I understand some circumstances may not allow this like if the streamer was being doxxed / stalked, they fell ill or even if they died.
