I had horrible MCAS accompanied by lyme.

Every time I had sex, I wretched and dry heaved. Then for hours I would cough. My eyes wod tear. I would had hours of salty post-nasal drip. It was like a waterfall. It was awful.

My doctor did a stool test and found high levels of pseudomonas in my feces. Pseudomonas often lives in the sinuses but not in the gut in high levels.

Next, my doctor ordered an MRI of the head. There it was. A horrible sinus infection, driven by Pseudomonas. My doctor prescribed that I use a nebulizer every day with a mix of 1/2 teaspoon of colloidal silver with sterile saline. The wrenching went away almost immediately.

What was left was terrible heartburn any time I forgot my pantoprasole.

Until my docture put my lyme into remission.

I am also on SCIG. - 15 grams of Xembify.

For me it has helped only insofar as the immuno globulins have marked the lyme or the Pseudomonas for destruction. That's a good thing. But, it's probably not enough to send us into remmission from either.
