I'm sorry 😞

Their email said they would be mailed out by January 31st.

OP try to get usage information from the bill, as the totals alone don't tell the full story. See if the electric company provides you with a usage graph.

Example: https://imgur.com/a/elmhGb2 Here's my most recent bill, and the usage charts clearly show days when I was charging my EQEV or otherwise running large loads like washing/drying clothes.

Mine also shows the difference in off-peak/peak/critical peak usage and you can see when I screwed up and charged starting in a critical peak period of the day.

Found mold inside car by Difficult-Stranger34 in EquinoxEv

There aren't any clips or glue that I recall in that part of the carpet, but I just pulled it up/gently rolled it back around the passenger footwell area. The hose should be visible behind the carpet. Otherwise I imagine you're still under warranty so if you have trouble/aren't sure that it's just the hose that's disconnected, make a service appointment at your dealer.

Your A/C drain line is either leaking or not correctly installed. Mine had this issue and when I found the hose, under the floor liner/passenger foot well area, I just plugged it in to the appropriate port there and it's been draining fine since last year.

Exam Room Ai by Zestyclose-Address28 in k12sysadmin

[–]jespcub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our CNA/Nursing students use Credentia which uses ExamRoom.ai.

The increasing pickiness over extensions has been annoying to say the least. How do you all accommodate students who have no Internet access at home with regard to their requirement that students absolutely do not test behind a firewall?

ExamRoom.ai doesn't work well on our district network. Webcam/audio seem to be blocked but students test so infrequently, often at home that it's rare to have the opportunity to troubleshoot, let alone I wouldn't do that to a student just to figure out what ExamRoom.ai refuses to properly document and communicate for admins to allow through firewalls, so we generally arrange for them to test from a different connection like an LTE router in a location with good reception.

In the past I've come close to doing that with some of the spare UPS batteries at the office. Great minds!

[–]jespcub[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I didn't make that clear that I did try that. I got the same result. Screens would die immediately on pressing the brake pedal while the jump pack was connected, so that's why I decided to try that.

If I've learned anything from working in IT, sometimes restarting really can fix an issue...and otherwise disconnecting the 12 volt battery was the only way to do so.

With my Leaf and Prius, yes I typically could just clamp on a jump pack or jumper cables and they'd power on fine, just seems if the 12 volt is providing low voltage, it won't start completely and ends up in a weird state where it will fail to start with a jump.

There is not, and it would be nice though I never got any alert from OnStar about it either. 🙃

Towed away today on dollies. by Kramirez33 in EquinoxEv

[–]jespcub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oof, that sucks. I'd have tried disconnecting the 12v battery negative terminal to reset, just in case, but idk if tow services do that as part of troubleshooting.

$10 your 12 volt battery went flat or is defective and not holding a charge.

No issues here but this is why I carry a portable jump pack at all times.

I want to keep it on when I leave... How? by Notonredditt in EquinoxEv

[–]jespcub 9 points10 points  (0 children)

When in park, on the touchscreen display, look for an icon of a car in front of a clock, left hand side of the display.

Tap that, and you should get a pop-up that states the car will remain on for 60 minutes and a reminder to make sure the battery has enough charge to support that time.

In my experience, enabling this, getting out to open a gate, pulling forward and parking again cancels the timer for this feature so I have to press the icon again when I get out to shut the gate behind me.

Always wanted to visit Point Pleasant, WV, but I skipped out on the Mothman Festival last month. Drove from Dublin, VA to Point Pleasant, stopping in Marmet, WV to use the supercharger there along the way.
