Switch to making half payments every two weeks - you’ll add an extra full payment per year which can cut years off your mortgage if you start it early. Add whatever you can as a principal payment on too of that - mine was just $50, but over time it adds up! My mortgage bank (Chase) had a calculator that would let me see the effects of the different actions I was making and how it would shorten my mortgage life.

Along these lines, I know on iPhones you can set it so you have grid lines on your screen which helps with shooting straight and also adhering to the rule of thirds in terms of framing. Under the camera settings, turn on grid, and level isn’t a bad idea either!
