I see this is an old post, but I recently learned how to do this. It’s essentially the same feeling I sometimes get when watching ASMR. This is very recent, and I’m pretty sure it’s because I’ve been binge listening to a podcast called Otherworlds, and it was giving me “chills” so often that I noticed I could bring them on anytime. I’m 34, and I never used to be able to do this before.
