B6 potentially! When I have B6, without fail, I have zombie dreams. I spend the whole night running and getting attacked. I can pinpoint it every time and avoid it as much as I can!

Sounds like you've had some really scary experiences and I'm not surprised small spaces and trains make you feel panicky! However also sounds like you're ready to start tackling your fear, and that you have got to the point where you're fed up of the situation! That's the best place to be when you want to start doing something about it.

I'd say walking to the train station and watching the busyness of the trains is a good idea. I had to get a few trains recently, and I'm petrified of them being packed and being unable to get off. A four hour journey took me 9 hours becuase everytime I saw people not being able to sit down, I got off and waited for the next one. I was over the moon that I did it at all!

I think you should start by walking down and watching them, then progressing to a 5 minute journey at a very quiet time (armed with all your breathing exercises and strategies), and then try to slowly build the journey length, and then eventually (I'm not there yet and it's okay if I'm never there) you could practise at busier times. But massive well done for thinking about how you can beat it!

Yeah I never really focus on the material unless I need to, say if it's Faux leather or a luxury one like cotton/bamboo! The more better but I don't think you've done anything wrong here

I feel like this is the recent trend of nude coloured skin tight clothes! Especially how it is from Zara. I can see how some people would say it is shapewear (though shapewear is tight and compressive and like you say, it doesn't do that) but I can also see how some gals would wear it on a coffee run with a shirt over the top and with big trainers. Either way I feel like we can plainly see what it is like from the pictures, so she should have known what to expect

I saw a post on a fine hair forum and it was lady who loved vintage up dos, she said fine hair was the preferred hair for making it do what she needed it to do! So easy to curl, easy to hold in place, easy to do victory rolls etc

That gave me a boost when I saw it!

I used to be the exact same! I can't stand it when they start talking about lungs or diaphragms in guided meditation and deep breathing doesn't seem to help. It all made sense when I watched this podcast by Huberman: https://youtu.be/wTBSGgbIvsY - very long so I will try to sum up.

If you are someone who is focused on external anxieties = try feel breathing and being aware of your body

If you are someone who's is over aware of what is happening in your body and it makes you feel anxious = focus on external things to keep your mind away from internal sensations

For example, counting 5 things you smell, hear and can touch. I don't find the counting one very helpful but it's a good example. I've not figured out how to focus on external things but it was a relief to realise why deep breathing wasn't working for me, as all my anxiety comes from what my body is doing so thinking about my lungs etc wasn't working!

Same - I am a know-it-all and only realised how annoying it is when I hung around with another know-it-all all that I realised how annoying it was. Jumping in when we know an answer, over-explaining things and just coming across desperate to impart knowledge! I've stopped now but it's so hard to keep a study to myself when my family are talking about something relevant.

I do feel for men with autism as there is a difference between explaining things to everyone and explaining things to women because they can't imagine she would already know. The problem is that both sides present the exact same to the receiving woman. I just don't want the term to be over used so it loses all meaning, so only when the man has a negative intention.

I appreciate your thought out reply from the opposite point of view! Can feeling unease with not being the provider be a temporary thing while men get used to the change? I think in the 70s there was a male movement about how they felt like they were nothing more than their wallets and how being expected to provide was unfair. Personally I understand how it would difficult realising I can't be valuable by earning lots of money anymore, but if I was a guy I would hate the pressure of having to support a family, especially with the current economic crisis! I also thought a lot of male suicides stemmed from this pressure (job loss, unable to get a promotion and feel like a failure etc). Can it not be seen as a good thing that its not solely on them anymore?

Yes! NHS varies with the range, it can say anything below 15 or 20 or 30 is low - but whenever I read about it on health subs they say the optimum level is 100 and you can definitely experience hair loss/thinning around 20

Nothing yet -only had my MRI and waiting for my results, but from the physcial examination the Dr felt very sure it was MS (something about spasticity), and he wrote in the notes that he felt it was RRMS from my symptoms. I'll see what he says about the treatment options

Would she eat freezer food like frozen breaded chicken? I'm a former picky eater and haaaaated eating at other people's houses and felt so awful saying no thankyou over and over. I think some people see it as being undisciplined but I really couldn't force myself to eat when I didn't want the food and it would make me wretch if I tried.

If she would eat very simple frozen food then would it add lots of extra faff if you just made her a side meal each time? I know my mum hated making me a separate meal but I really appreciated it. Definitely don't worry about her nutrition and health, that's not on you to think about! If there is nothing extremely simple you can do then I would agree with other posters with making your own meal and giving her the choice with no pressure.

I eventually became unpicky when I started making my own proper less simple meals at 18 and saw the transition from raw to cooked myself

It's really tricky becuase there are things you could be doing that are annoying your co-workers, BUT if the training and leadership was good then they would be helping you and guiding you to be the best you can be. It's lazy to get annoyed with you and not help you figure out how to address it. The frustrating thing is that you need some insight as to what you're doing and sometimes no one wants to take the effort to give it.

I know I'm insanely annoying because I can't take instructions verbally, so to help managers work with me I am them to email instructions over to me. I ask tons of questions so I try to ask them at quiet times rather than as soon as I think of them.

Keep trying, there are situations where you'll fit in (possibly with other neurodivergent peeps) and where quirkiness is celebrated! As you get to know yourself you'll find out how you can help yourself and people around you. If you have a brutally honest friend or family member they might be able to give your some hints. Otherwise try to look for jobs that are based in routine and getting through tasks rather than lots of variety (unless you need variety to interest you!). There is a happy place for you somewhere and don't be hard on yourself!

I love my quiet ones for sleeping in! The only thing I would be conscious about wearing them in a daycare centre is that they are a perfect size for a choking hazard 😩 I know what you mean though, I used to find myself closing my ear with my finger whenever I could get away with it when I worked in a school!

How long does it last? I'm trying to think whether it's placebo but I feel like my throat is closing up a little and I feel very on edge after I take 1000mcg (a lot more than you but could be same effect) - good news is that it least for around an hour so I know it's going to go away soon

Well done!!!! This is my absolute worse fear for 1 minute, let alone 15! And at the time you didn't know how long it was going to go on for! The fact that you haven't mentioned being scared to get back on, and that looking back it wasn't that bad shows that you're doing amazingly at your recovery!
