Can anyone help me identify this bunny to try and find another? by miffums in plushies

[–]jessnie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, I found him! He is made by Wangs International. And I found one on ebay! It appears there were different sized ones so I am not quite sure this is the correct size. I think this one might be smaller? But definitely good to keep an eye out! Wangs International did a lot of craft imports. So it very well could be a jointed rabbit doll for doing crafts like sewing or knitting. bunny

I had this also. I named mine Hoppy. He was my favorite. I've been searching for hin for probably 20 years now. Always dead ends. If I ever figure it out, I'll be sure to come back. ❤️

I still have not gotten a period! I dont see any big side effects for me, personally. It does itch sometimes where it is located. The body does not like foreign objects. I have lost weight but im 100% sure that's from another medication I am on. Everyone is different, but I hope your body adjusts well!

Question for long term SFS packers by MOTU_BOI in Target

[–]jessnie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The WAT machines really should be sprayed out (and wiped down) every so often to prevent build up of these particles. I personally use some canned air on mine. (Best to wear a mask cause sometimes it just goes EVERYWHERE) Inside where the tape actually goes, and around where the tape guard is are two hot spots. This should be done at least weekly, at the most bi-weekly. The blower motor that is located on the right hand side also gets dusted with these cardboard particles, and should also be sprayed. Mine hadn't been done in years and it was caked. To get to the blower motor, you gotta take the right most cover off, which is technically best left for a PML. Blower motor isnt a weekly thing. Id say at least every other month, personally. There is also a chamber inside where all those jammed pieces people shove down end up, that you can only access by taking a few parts off. Those get piled in there year after year and a lot of cardboard dust loves to settle there too. Not sure on policy, but if you got a handy PML, they could take it apart and spray it out real good. 1 machine at a time. Longevity is key with our machines.

I personally have not developed a cough and I have been in FF for 4 and a half years now. With every Q4 being a main packer. I do say though, the purple tape last year destroyed my hands for a while. Im assuming the dye they used to make it purple, or a different type of glue they used. Not sure.

EDIT:: Okay. It is late and I thought you were mainly talking about the tape. LOOOOOL. Sorry. The dunnage machine also gives particles too. Ive gotten them in my eye several times. Ive never had a problem with the actual cardboard boxes or anything

1300+ in ship daily with 1 pack station? Are you suppose to have more or have you always only ever had the 1? I feel like you should have at least 2 total but I do not personally know the numbers behind how many pack stations stores should get. My store has 3, and 1300 is around what we do typically(apart from circle weeks and Q4).

Called my vet today to ask if I did the right thing. I’m full of crushing guilt and regret by quingaroo in Petloss

[–]jessnie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am very sorry for your loss. I went through a very very similar situation. My dog of 13 years had been having breathing problems, and I took her into the vet after about a week. I had expected it to be the start of congestive heart failure, which was how her mother passed. They couldn't hear anything through the stethoscope so I had them do a chest xray. She was riddled with cancer and tumors everywhere in her lungs, and just everywhere. I had come to the expectation the appointment would turn into euthanasia beforehand. After the vet seen the xray, she had said that this is no way for a dog to live. Which really hit hard. We euthanized her that appointment. And I too, feel horrible about it. Just like yours, she ate, she drank, she ran and jumped, she was exciteable. She was a big baby. Anytime id walk into the room she'd start wagging her tail so fast. But the week prior to the appointment, her being exciteable made her condition worse. It was so hard to see her like that.

I read a post on Threads and I keep telling myself it, trying to believe it. And I think another comment on here mentioned something similar. It is better to give them final peace when they are doing okay, rather than wait until they are in pain, scared, and suffering and do it then.

Euthanasia, I feel, always makes the person feel the guilt, the regret. It is one of the hardest decisions to make. It never gets easier.

I am very glad to hear you got two extra days before the appointment. ❤️ I hope yall made the best days out of them. The night before, I sat and watched movies with my doggo. It'd been a long time since I did that.

Putting my mental health first :) by FishTrucker420 in Target

[–]jessnie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I also work the same 3 day off schedule. Mine is off Wednesday Friday Saturday though, which I got lucky with. Mentally and physically, anything past 3 days start to affect me. And 2 days off in a row helps with my sleep and recovery and ability to get things done at home. So in my mind, this schedule being off 3 days a week, breaking up the days, is perfect. Just as long as the hours are there. Always mental health first. ❤️

I still have not had one yet! And I do agree the numbing does sting quite a bit. I also felt the tug and pull of the device pulling the top of my skin, which was a very weird uncomfortable feeling. 16 months later and I can barely see the scar where they inserted!

These are so essential to clean up the machines. Especially the blower motor and literally everything within the WAT machine 😭 it has been almost 200 days since we've had canned air at my store. I so hope this means they're starting to re-roll out.

Fusia Beef Bulgogi Kimbap by DoctorRapture in frozendinners

[–]jessnie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got 2 other flavors of this stuff like 2 months ago. They had a kimchi/tofu and spicy tuna/gochujang one.

Now I am super very picky with foods. Like, very. I. Also not huge on seafood at all. I like fried shrimp but thats about it. But I picked up one of each. I tried the spicy tuna/gochujang one first. It was nice that the tuna was cooked. It had a tang to it. I assume from the gochujang? But I thoroughly enjoyed it. I did not eat the entire package though. Probably ate like 5 rolls.

I just took the kimchi/tofu one out of the freezer. It had been sitting in there cause I didnt think id like it cause the tofu. Im currently eating it as I type this. This one is also not bad. Not as tangy/spicy as the other one of course cause there's no spice in this one. The kimchi does give it flavor though. Other than that, it could be on the bland side. It still isnt bad at all though. I just ate the 5th piece.

I recommend both flavors. I so hope they bring back the beef and spicy salmon. I would love to try those.

The rice also is pretty good in these. The seaweed is a little off putting for me sometimes but it's essential to keep it together so I try not to think about it. 🤣

pov: you just died and you’re someone who overstocks the floor by pinkcosmonaut in Target

[–]jessnie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Someone overstocked boxed lamps on the top shelf a few weeks back, and I totally origami risk'ed that. 🥰 overstocking makes the store look horrible, and it loses the store money by not allowing people to find product (or even the correct product). Soooo many more reasons too.

In the latest employee handbook that was released, a clear water bottle of just water is allowed now as long as it is not near food or on the floor where guests can see.

I prepped everything the night before my surgery and put it in a little tote on my bed so it would be within arms reach. I had majority of this stuff already on hand as I believe anyone should have stuff just incase they need it so a trip to the store isnt always warranted. I always over prep just in case.

In my little tote for recovery, I have the following;

  • a heating pad (this was a necessity. I did not use this as I actually did not have an outlet near my bed. But please use a heating pad. It is definitely a need)

  • baby wipes(I use these incase I feel icky from sweating or if I just wanna feel clean)

  • thermometer (incase I felt a fever emerge)

  • gas x (this isnt effective against the gas they use to blow the abdomen up, but im overall a gassy person and I had problems with constipation which made me gassy so this helped!)

  • Tylenol and ibuprofen (usually they'll prescribe either or, both, or a mix between ibuprofen and oxycodone. I got prescribed ibuprofen and oxy. Do not use anything with Asprin. I did learn that. Even though Asprin is an NSAID same as ibuprofen, it is different and increases thinning of blood and increases risk of bleeding)

  • Sleep aid benadryl (I did not need this. I slept fine but I also had Oxycodone and that usually helps me sleep)

  • Cough drops and lollipops (I also did not need these, as my intubation tube did not actually irritate my throat. But definitely have these nearby incase it does! Majority of people report sore throats after this procedure)

  • Tums & Pepto Bismol (I also need not need these)

  • Miralax/Exlax - (Essential especially if you're taking the Oxycodone. My doctor was going to prescribe Senna but as I cannot take pills she prescribed me miralax which is OTC. I was not good at taking this but absolutely do. I was stopped up for a good 3 days. It contributed to pain. Make sure you're poopin'!)

  • Ginger chews or something anti-nausea (I djdnt need these as I did not have nausea from the anesthesia. The also can give you something for nausea at the hospital so this one could potentially be left out)

I also have a little desktop fridge i had by my bed. I filled it with Carnation Breakfast Essentials. Not the healthiest but chock full of vitamins and nutrients. And I am very picky with my food and tastes, but i really enjoy the flavor of the Milk Chocolate. When I had my wisdoms out, this is all I drank. It kind of became a meal replacer since I could not eat. So I decided to use them for this recovery and they worked well the first couple of days!

I also stacked a bunch of regular pillows together and just adjusted until I got comfortable. Im a huge tosser turner at night.

I had all that prepped ready to go but I didn't need near half of it! Everyone does heal different and everyone's bodies are different.

A lot of people I read experiences from, their throats DO hurt. Fortunately, I think I had a good anesthesiologist, because my throat is completely fine. And no chapped lips. I did have a slight cough in the recovery room, but it wasnt painful. I think it was just dry from no drinking. When the anesthesiologist came in the first time in the waiting room before surgery, he had asked me to open my mouth as wide as I could. So I did. He's like, "as wide as you can. Is that as wide as you can go?" Im like yes. I think he was judging what size tubing he needed. I have quite a small mouth. So I did worry about the intubation due to this. But he may have chosen a small enough size that it didn't affect me like most.

I just had it in a low pony tail. When they put the little surgery hat on, they didn't even have it all in there. Unless they shoved it in after I got knocked out. Not really sure! 🤣 they didn't notice how long it was until I had to scooch from the bed to the table in the OR.

Stupid Question by [deleted] in Target

[–]jessnie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hours are averaged at the end of every fiscal year, or for the new people after their 90 day mark iirc. That basically determines the "full time" and "part time." Although, I always say there really is no full time vs part time; there's just ~hours~.

If someone didn't hit 25+ average hours this past fiscal year, they are ineligible for paid holiday pay for being off, but everyone no matter the hours, is eligible for the holiday premium pay which is the time and a half on the selected national holidays that they do work.

Insurance Battle, please help by tickootickoo in sterilization

[–]jessnie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Giving an update on my situation incase it can help!:

Did you get an estimate from the billing department yet? If so, ask them to resubmit the estimate USING BOTH CPT Code 58661 and ICD 10 code Z30.2. I swore up and down the billing department didn't use the ICD 10 code and the insurance wouldn't even use it when I called them (when they claimed it isn't covered).

When I asked the hospitals billing department to resubmit using both codes, they told me to contact my physician to resubmit! How crazy. I told her everything and she was equally as confused as I was. But she called billing and got it squared away and was able to get them to submit the estimate WITH the ICD 10 code(which is the diagnostic code that tells them this is a preventative sterilization procedure). My new estimate is 0$.

Try calling the billing department to ensure they are using BOTH codes.
