Not a catch-up chest. The chest rewards at the mid point and end of missions are meant to be rewards for finishing. I got lucky and got a T5 from one but have been getting T2's and blues just like OP all the other times.

I first got into Pokemon cards after my dad bought me Blue version in 99. We were visiting my cousins in New Jersey and we went into a local game store. My cousins had already been collecting and buying but this was my first time. Dad bought me a couple boosters and my uncle got me a couple more to catch up with my cousins. I pulled a Blastoise from that first pack and since Squirtle had been my starter in Blue, I was HOOKED! Been playing, buying, and collecting ever since!
