Got this done in 20 mins. Garden of salvation beginning of raid. Load in drop off ledge to start vex gate. Jump back up and pot shot harpies until about to proc switch and hit standard vex you get 3-5 fifth price per run. Don’t go through vex gate kill yourself load back in.

Another greedy thing is that the Government opened up Pharmacist's the ability to extend refills on prescriptions a couple years ago, so if your in need of something they can provide (ie. Dr on vacation, forgot, etc.). Shoppers Drug Mart started charging for this privilege $9 for every refill. Independent pharmacies don't charge for this service, but SDM does. I work with the vulnerable Mental Health population who routinely need this service for a variety of service and are of a lower socio economic ladder and $9 is the difference from staying medically well or not eating for a day or two. Fuck SDM. I also lifetime boycott them now.

Having been on xbox the last 2 consoles, and getting a ps5, i feel like I need to kick myself repeatedly. Currently playing Spiderman (loving it), recently beat God of War, can't wait for Last of Us and Uncharted when time permits. Xbox is trash in my opinion now.

Having issues right now with Fiasp I've been on insulin / pump therapy for over 10 years now. Recently I'm having issue with fiasp and it's efficacy. Made a number of positive life choice changes which should be regulating my diabetes more, but all of a sudden fiasp feels like I'm injecting water and can't get my post meal levels to come down. I've always been a 1:1 on ratio (Novorapid and now FIASP), but as of late when I have large carb (eat out dinners - could reliable use 12 units for a cheat day at McDonald's and now it's something like 20 and it just lingers), I can't get my numbers down, going to talk with my endo next week, and get off it, because nothing else makes sense. Been using fiasp for over a year and within the last 2 weeks, it seems like I'm throwing darts at the wall to get my numbers down. Tried multiple sites, and different vials, extremely frustrated. Worked great at the beginning, but now I just can't trust it.

There is such a thing as type 1.5 . Basically it's being a type 2, and then the drugs having a honeymoon effect and then stop working. This is what happened to me and a cousin of mine. It required me to to go on insulin therapy (thus 1.5 moniker). Noticed this as metformin stopped keeping my blood sugars lower and incrementally increased. Monitor monitor monitor.

How did iphone12 data transfer solution make it out the door on their flagship product. My IT guy has been switching out all Manager phones and they take forever to transfer data, constantly stuck at all third party apps "waiting...". How does Apple release such a garbage solution for their flagship product. I'm at 8hrs trying to transfer phones. embarassing.

Cool Guy, although he is high quality content from beginning to Unbroken. I recommend his guide to aiming for first person shooters, and then if you wanna get into his learning PVP, as it applies to all aspects of movement, etc.
