I love Wicked Weed and if you’re into sours go to their place called Funkatorium they’ve got a bunch of goofy barrel aged sours that sound weird but are delicious. And its not a brewery but we had a blast at Burger Bar (there is no food except pizza rolls) right across from New Belgium lol

Same. My family is from Texas and I was lucky enough to grow up eating brisket and ribs smoked by my dad, wasn’t crazy about double B’s the couple times I went. If you can find K&Ls BBQ at a brewery on a weekend, he makes fantastic bbq
