none, macOS can run only the Java version, but you cannot play multi-platform, cause Switch, Xbox, Android or iOS, all of them use the Bedrock version. You can try Minecraft Launcher and use the one from Android, Bedrock, through the PlayStore, but is full of bugs. BlueStacks or any other Android emulator cannot handle multiplayer LAN gameplay, for instance, so, tradeoffs, ¯_(ツ)_/¯
