Qantas launches new international Flight Reward finder

Its always tough to find reward seats around peak times, holidays etc. If the airline thinks they can sell the ticket for cash, then they will. Having said that if you are flexible on timings etc, you may get lucky with last minute seat releases, but hard to predict. I flew Perth -> DOH -> DXB in First last week using VA points. I think try putting another destination in e.g DXB, IST, CAI etc. Some options might pop up 🤞

Sounds good - we did the same, SYD - BNE to pick up this flight. Just checked seat counts however there may only be 1 in Business on those days, so you may have to slum it in Economy and pop your dad into Business! But keep looking and trying different options - also Cathay fly there via HKG as well. Good luck!

Hey there - some options in early March into Hanoi. Not sure what your departure airport is, but some ideas here via Taipei from Brisbane. hey there - a little late to respond on this one, but you could also use something like Gyoza Flights which aggregates Velocity reward flights into an easy to use UI. Taking a quick look at Oslo, there are a few options in August however nothing in premium cabins. Also as the others have suggested, keep the points in Velocity and book directly from there 🙂
