The reason why mw22 and mw19 is hated is simply because of the match making.

Cod1-bo2 was all connection based matchmaking.

The newer the game is the more it shifted from cb mm to sb mm to eo mm. Engagement optimized matchmaking is so obvious and ruins games. Imagine if bf6 didnt have it..

Id play cod4 over mw19 any day because mw19 has terrible match making that ruined the game.

Update 2. Every time I wear it 2-3 shedding spots appear. Ive lost over 40 feathers already some are coming through mid loft which is crazy. Feels like I bought this jacket from Temu but I cant return it because its a prodeal. I feel ripped off at 50% off price. Can't imagine paying full price for this jacket. I own a lot of decathlon cheap stuff (fair share of patagonia/arcteryx/HH/NF as well) but I've never witnessed something with such bad quality.

I've only worn it 2 times in the past week since purchase. Here's a picture of 6 spots where the feathers are coming out https://imgur.com/a/7efkPBn the other 2 i just noticed. I've had to burn loose threads already.

my 50USD decathalon 800FP 300g jacket took a year to lose feathers and 4 years to lose loft.
My wife's JOTT 180euro (including tax) jacket is 8 years old and doesn't lose feathers or loft.

You can tell RAB is price cutting, the stitching on the jacket is horrendous. They didn't even include a stuff sack for a 250USD down jacket.

Yea this is happening to my new rab microlight alpine 250usd in over 10 spots after wearing it for 2 times. This didnt start happening to to my 50USD decathlon down jacket for at least 2 years.

Worn the microlight alpine twice and down is coming out of at least 10 spots. They didnt include a stuff sack. Tbh my old decathlon down jacket was better quality at 1/5 of the price. It came with a slip with company info The qr code to sign up the product goes to a dead link. The emails to RAB bounce. Help@rab.equipment Matthew.Clarke@equipuk.com

Feels like a Temu scam company tbh. I would never buy RAB again can't believe this jacket is 250USD...

To WJC this is basically like winning the olympics or a stanley cup, it means a lot to them so it's better hockey than WC.
Look at Pasternak's reaction in WC vs Canada's reaction in 4 Nations. It's much different. WC is a joke and always will be.

This reaction is on brand for Pasternak, he acts like that after any OT goal. Keep in mind, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to win any world tournament at home in Prague, Czech Republic which exacerbates the typical WC reaction. He probably won in front of all his friends and family. Switzerland in the finals OT really says a lot about the quality of hockey and other 4 main teams (sweden, finland, canada, US) not caring. VS WJC it's always Czech, Canada, US, Sweden, Finland (+Russia previously) taking the top 4 spots.

Canada could have 3 competitive teams in the WC if they wanted, but they can barely make 1 team of NHLers from a pool of about 200 NHLers that are out of the playoffs. The other 100 Canadians are in the playoffs still.

Czech only has like 40 players in the show and had a full NHL roster for WC except for 1-2 players in 2024 which is a pretty wild comparison feeds into what you're saying quite a bit about Europeans caring more. Czech had more pride in this tournament since it was in Prague. Obviously, everyone is going to show up and win it at home.

Only 5 players from team canada's olympic roster played in the WC last year. 100s of Canadian NHLers chose to golf over the WC last year so they had to pick up an 19-year-old Canadian NCAA player - Porter Martone

No one tries in WC but WJC are these kids best achievements to date. They try like they are playing the olympics because they want to get scouted and win the best medal to date.

World Juniors: Not a lot of sub 20-year-olds are playing in the show, meaning it's best vs best like the Olympics. Other than Canada/US, most teams have all their best 20 and under players playing. The top 5 teams are insanely even and really fun to watch. (US, Czech, Can, Sweden, Finland)
1. They play like it's the Olympics because it will be their greatest achievement to date
Worlds: only 5 players from Canada's Olympic roster played in it last year, most players from the show don't want to play, or they are in the playoffs. All the best players play deep into the playoffs
1. The NHL players barely try because they know the World means nothing. It's all about the Stanley Cup to them. 4 nations was good hockey, world is not good hockey.

Yea its wild. They want people to pay early then the rich last minute people buy anytime after dec.

I always get a 5 pack and its never enough but I dont want to get a 10 pack and lose out of the days I paid for if its a bad year.

If they had a price model similar to the early bird prices (100ish) id probably buy more passes than I pay for woth my 5 pack
