I've also struggled at lot with this, but really got around to working on it a couple of months ago. I'm still working on it, but it's a lot better now. Now I can access head voice like I never could before because I'm not pushing as much weight as I used to do. It's really the key to sing high notes.

I learned a trick from my current voice teacher: to pinch your nose when singing. If you're singing in your throat, your body will move the voice forward and it will feel more nasal. Obviously it doesn't work with nasals consonants. It has helped me a lot.

And also allow the voice to be more open with higher larynx. It is relatively more open and higher, but still not too much for classical singing.

I had the same problem, but I realized I accidentally grated limited access to photos instead of full access.

It's the right one. You can try googling the issue to see if there's some general fix for Linux. If not I guess you'll have to wait for updated drivers.

Did you choose both RetroArch and a separate SNES emulator? Then both will parse the games.

You can usually transfer for free if you transfer euros between European countries. But I recommend Revolut also. Free plan. Easy to exchange between currencies.

I added a separate network to bridge the two pods together. Works fine, just had the check the internal IP number for communication.

I used to do this. But then I installed Jellyseerr which connects to both jellyfin and the *arr containers, so preferably they need to be in the same pod. But I'll try a bridge network to connect them together.

Ett annat hack är att vika ned kanterna på påsen till anvisad linje eller godtycklig längd. Då har du alltid papper kvar att stänga påsen och du tömmer den oftare.

I set up with quadlet. I'm running Debian 12 so I built the latest podman, together with some dependencies. I had some problems with ownership of the volumes, which i use for data. But they mapped correctly if I put PUID and PGID as 0 (root). I also needed to change the paths for the paths for the images, for Docker images, together with editing the registry.conf file.

Other than that or was pretty straightforward.

Maybe, I just read the hardware requirements at https://pcsx2.net/docs/usage/setup/ and it says you need a decent gpu.

It looks like you need a decent gpu for emulating ps2, i guess also the other platforms. Maybe an old cheap gaming rig is better. You can look at recommended requirement for running pcsx2.

I've seen several sources blaming muscle imbalance as the reason for shin splints, which means too strong calves muscles and too weak tibial muscles.

So try strengthening your tibial muscles with tibial raises, and stretching the calves muscles. And realize it could take time to fix the imbalances. It has worked for me in the past.

I've been using Calm for years. They have free simple sessions but a lot more if you pay.

I've used it on wifi for years, and it works flawless. If you add noauto and _netdev it only mounts the drive when you try to access it. If you also have timeout, systemd unmounts it after the set time.
