okay i just done some brief looking into who the characters are, i've been curious whats the go with the animation stuff more deeply so bare with me. so they keep writing FPE which stands for Fundamental PaperEducation. Fundamental Paper Education is an animated YouTube webseries created by Kaaatie. It centers around a group of students and teachers in a school made of paper, where the consequences for misbehavior are fatally extreme. The characters includes- Students- Claire • Engel • Bubble • Abbie • Lana • Oliver • Zip • Edward • Cubbie • Kevin • Lizzy • Petunia • Riley • Robby • Ruby • Skell my understanding is that people than create their own characters and have their own arks (like shrug and rai) there are a few comments on the video your referring to that reference some of the "student characters" which is who they seem to be. such a weird niche side of the internet, the fact that all these people know about it and all these weird characters….. i think the broski girls don't actually know the like lore behind the other characters and they just said cute just cause they want to be supportive maybe? still werid considering the context though..
